On Tuesday morning at 0814, Company 5 was alerted for the motor vehicle accident reported one off the road. Squad 5 responded with four volunteers shortly after dispatch. Chief 5 was the first to arrive and advised of a single patient already out of her vehicle. Squad 5 arrived and began patient care and secured the vehicle. Engine 54 arrived on scene next and assisted with packaging and loading the patient. Units operated for approximately half an hour before returning to quarters.
