The department received new pictures today on the progress of Tanker 5. This week the pump and body were mounted on the chassis. The front bumper extension is being built and the electrical assembly is in progress. The sign board was mounted on the officer's side of the body and will match the portable tank holder that is going to be placed on the driver's side of the apparatus.

The tank will be set in place soon and the tanker will be nearing completion. Final inspection has been scheduled for October 6th. We should have one more update of pictures next week before members go for the final inspection.
