Late Monday night after returning from responding to a shed fire in Charles County, members heard a loud crash on Oakley Road just down the street from the station. Chief 5 and Squad 5 responded to the area and located a single vehicle off the roadway into the woods. No patients were initially located. Witnesses said that the vehicle occupant went into the woods. The crew checked the woods and located a single patient. Ambulance 597 transported the patient to St. Mary's Hospital. The scene was turned over to the Sheriff's Office and all units returned to quarters.
